Don McNabb is the proud owner and operator of Bayshore Mechanical Heating & Air. Don has been providing quality service to Roanoke, Salem, Blacksburg, Bedford and the New River Valley for more than 30 years. He started his career in Norfolk, VA, which is where the name Bayshore Mechanical originated. He is the proud father of two children, grandpa to four grandchildren and a devoted husband of 41 years to his beautiful wife, Kathy. Don appreciates his loyal customers and looks forward to helping you with your heating and air conditioning needs.
Office Manager
Kathy and Don have been married for 41 years, raised two children together and run Bayshore Mechanical together as well. Kathy serves as the office manager and assists Don to provide Bayshore's customer with the best service and experience.
Service Technician
Austin McNabb, son to Don & Kathy, has been with the family business as a service technician for over a decade. Austin has gained his experience and expertise from his father and is a top notch technician, providing great service for the customers of Bayshore Mechanical.
